Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Policy

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

How Partial COD Works

  • Customers are required to pay a non-refundable advance payment at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
  • The advance payment confirms your order and helps us process and dispatch it promptly.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after the advance payment has been successfully received.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund of the advance payment only if specifically stated during the purchase process.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • If a customer refuses to accept the shipment or is unavailable for delivery after multiple attempts, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover shipping and handling costs.

Delivery

  • The remaining payment must be made to the delivery partner at the time of receiving the package.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the shipment and make the balance payment.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • Re-dispatch of the order will be subject to approval and payment of applicable charges.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • The advance payment will not be refunded for orders refused without a valid reason or for failed COD deliveries caused by the customer.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after successful confirmation and quality checks.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure the following to avoid delivery issues:
• Complete address including House/Door No., Street, Area, City, State, PIN Code, and Landmark.
• Availability on the registered contact number.
• Someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Premises closed at the time of delivery
