Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Kalakarians, each piece is thoughtfully made to order. To ensure the best experience, we kindly request customers to review the 📌size chart, color, and product details carefully before placing an order.

▪️RETURNS POLICY 

Currently, ❌we do not offer returns.
However, we do provide exchanges in select cases, as outlined below.

▪️EXCHANGE POLICY 

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to approval.
Since our products are made-to-order to reduce waste and environmental impact, exchanges are accepted only in special circumstances.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact Us
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery via:

Kindly share your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request within 12–24 hours.

2. Pickup Process
Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your original delivery address.

• The replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product is picked up and cleared by QC.
• The courier partner will attempt pickup up to three times.  
  
• If the pickup is unsuccessful, the customer will need to ship the product back to us independently. 

• A reshipping fee of ₹150 will apply, as we do not operate our own courier service. 

3. Quality Check✔️
All returned items undergo a quality inspection, which may take

Once approved, your exchange will be processed, and standard shipping timelines will apply to the replacement product

Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We are unable to accept exchanges for:   
 
• Requests for a different product
• Items without original tags, packaging, or included accessories
• Used, washed, or altered products
• Damaged or tampered prints
• Creased garments or items with missing/damaged tags
• Products damaged due to improper handling or courier damage  
  
Kalakarians reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.   
     


CANCELLATION POLICY
  
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• Cancellations after this window cannot be accommodated, as orders move quickly into processing.
• For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, our team will attempt two confirmation calls.
• If there is no response, the order will be automatically cancelled, and you will be notified.
